VISION TO ACTION
Vision to Action is a six module program for high achievers who are ready to take their dreams, goals and career from Vision to Action. Using the A.C.T.I.O.N. framework, Vision to Action helps you bring your Vision to life and yield tangible outcomes in your career. If you are transitioning from one career to another, changing fields, considering going back to school, ready for a promotion, redefining your organizational goals then this program is absolutely for you!

ASSESS PAST PRESENT & FUTURE
Where did you come from and how did you get here? What is your story? What are your strengths? Where do you want to go? What does stretching your potential look like?
We will define your short-term, medium-term, and long-term outcomes and will build in check-ins at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month mark so you are evaluating progress regularly and setting yourself up for success. During this week we will also start to implement the plan.
CLARIFY GOALS & YOUR WHY
What is your WHY? Why do you want to grow? Why are you pursuing the goals? What do you want to achieve? What will success look like for you? What are the obstacles in your path
oversight & ACCOUNTABILITY
Building on the trust that has been establish with the cohort, we begin sharing our quick wins as well as our early action items including follow-ups.This ensures that you are building on momentum within the program.
thrive IN action
Visions don't work unless you do. The way to thrive is to identify in detail the work required for you to go from Vision to Action using SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time-bound.
NURTURE GOOD habits
This final module, we will nurture habits that set you up for success. We wrap up Vision to Action. The cohort will keep in touch and touch base at the 3 month mark, 6 months, 9 months and one year. Your career coach remains your accountability partner as you execute.

A detailed action plan that tells you exactly what you need to do and when and the resources you need to get the actions DONE.
A monitoring plan to track progress at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month mark so you are set up to SLAY everyday and monitor the progress.
Set yourself up for success by know what to do, when to do it and who to reach out to in order to achieve it.
